Episode 42: Too Zen

This week the crawl boys seek a zen state of mind, trying traditional tea and hitting the sensory deprivation tanks. Shaun has no chill while Alex and John have too much. It leads into a deeper discussion on how they see life and how to better themselves. Shaun’s quest for better health, Alex’s quest for self, and John’s quest for enlightenment hope to do just that. In the end it all boils down to different lifestyle choices and what makes you happy.
